Scaling Liz Moody from Content Creator to Meaningful Business

Liz’s 200K+ followers loved her for recipes, not expert health and wellness advice. My role as content manager was to grow her audience, expand her influence, and scale her platform into a sustainable business that centered around her new podcast, best-selling book, and e-commerce store.

Build an organic growth engine that turned recipe followers into podcast listeners and paying subscribers for exclusive content by making every single piece of content seem like a personal gift from Liz.
Solution
Every episode became fuel for social snippets, swipe graphics, newsletter highlights, and SEO blogs. By drilling down into and solidifying the “Liz” voice that her community valued above all, I optimized headlines, subject lines, blog posts, and episode titles for clicks and search. I tracked downloads, CTRs, and engagement to double down on what resonated. And I kept the community involved with Q&As, reviews, and share prompts that boosted visibility and loyalty.
At the same time, I helped scale her brand beyond the podcast. I grew her social following from 200K to nearly 700K, launched funnels and campaigns for her best-selling books and nationwide tour, launched unique initiatives like her in-person podcast club with communities that meet up around the world, and developed copy for her e-commerce store. Each initiative added a new revenue stream and deepened loyalty, evolving her from creator to a seven-figure multi-platform brand with a global reach and extreme brand loyalty and trust.
